Reviewing medical records can be a tedious task, but at
DNS, providing an opinion or report is accomplished only after thorough and
detailed review of records involved. The skill set required to perform this
review is one which requires not only knowledge of dietary regulations and
practices, but in-depth field experience, medical practice knowledge and long
term care facility practice knowledge.
Having an expert interviewed involves risk. A deep
understanding of the industry and dietary services in the nursing home setting
allows us to instill confidence with clients and speak with authority when
interviewed. One of the keys is having thorough knowledge of the medical
records.
Throughout the entire process you will work with the same consultant. We
