How We Work

DNS is a professional services firm. We offer services in several disciplines relating to dietary issues, focused upon the long term care industry.

First we want to get to know you, not a lengthy conversation, but the best way to understand your situation is to allow you an opportunity to explain your needs and allow us to ask a few pertinent questions. From there we can guide you to the appropriate solution. We understand time is money, it’s how we make a living but it is also important to insure that both of us understand the objectives and are comfortable we can work as a team.

Typically our services are charged on a per-hour basis, however for longer engagements or specific services, such as case review, we offer daily or contract rates.

In a crisis situation? We’re ready! There are times when situations creep up on you and you need help ASAP! We are ready and able to help. Have a survey that has gone the wrong way? DNS understands and is capable of managing during crisis situations. Need help on a case this weekend? We will be there. By saying we are a services firm, we mean we provide service to you, when you need it.
